We respect our customers privacy and do not keep or store any sensitive information on our side. This online store is build on Squarespace platform and corresponds to all terms and conditions that are part of the system. From our side we would like to insure on the safety of all your personal information.
Shipping
All the products will be shipped with a courier service for the prompt delivery to out client. Please give a few days to prepare the order and it will be shipped at the earliest available moment. All shipment costs are calculated during product selection at our online store. Please take in to consideration weekends and holidays as courier service is unavailable during this period.
Return Policy
All our products are shipped out fresh and are examined before leaving for the client. Purchaser is responsible to check the packaging upon receiving it from the courier and incase of any defects submit a complain to the courier. If the product had been damaged during the transportation or a wrong item had been shipped, credit will be granted for an exchange.
Product that had been tampered with or partially consumed will not be refunded.
Returned items have to be shipped in original packaging at the temperature of 0C at all time. This can be achieved by using the original packaging with frozen gel elements that have been included in package. Delivery time should not exceed 3 days.
Claim has to be made with in 24 hours from receiving the goods to the company e-mail info@edencaviar.com.
